2 Kings 20:19
"Hezekiah, initially sick, prays to God, who grants him 15 more years. God values our tears, collecting them in bottles (Psalm 56). Excited by Babylonian visitors, Hezekiah shows treasures, unaware they'll become captives. Isaiah warns him of the consequences. Despite the potential loss, Hezekiah calls God's words ""good,"" revealing deep trust. Reading the Bible brings wisdom and peace, shaping us like Jesus. Life's regrets won't include time spent with God's Word. Hezekiah's insight remains timeless: God's Word is good, our light, guide, and best friend. "
