Luke 5:4-5
On one remarkable morning, Peter learned the power of obedience when he let Jesus use his boat to preach. Despite a night of unsuccessful fishing, at Jesus’ urging, Peter cast the nets once more. The miraculous catch that followed was a vivid demonstration of what can happen when we trust and obey, even when it doesn’t make sense. This story encourages us to listen and follow Christ’s lead, trusting that He knows best, even in situations that seem unlikely to succeed. It reminds us that our faith, however small, can lead to great blessings when we are willing to trust in Jesus’ words.
