Luke 7:48-49
In today’s story, a woman known for her past sins teaches us about the power of forgiveness through a simple, heartfelt act. She brought her most precious perfume to Jesus, weeping and using her tears and hair to clean His feet. Her actions spoke louder than words, showing deep remorse for her past and gratitude for Jesus’s acceptance. Jesus used this moment to teach Simon and us that those who are forgiven much love much. This story isn’t just about the woman’s forgiveness; it’s a call to recognize how deeply Jesus loves us and invites us to love others with the same intensity and humility.
