Gideon’s Army and God’s Glory

In our last story we learned that despite Gideon’s uncertainty and asking for assuring signs, he obeyed the Lord and gathered an army. Judges 7:7
Once again, God showed He can use anyone, including you, to do incredible things. There's no "not good enough" with God; trust Him, and you're good enough, just like Gideon. Gideon started with a big army, but God saw a problem: the Israelites might forget Him if they won with their own strength. God wanted to rescue them from their sin and show He was the one true God. So, He trimmed Gideon's army down to just 300 soldiers, a small group facing a mighty enemy. Gideon might've felt scared and alone, just like we do when facing challenges. But with God, you're never truly alone. He's everything you need. God was with Gideon when they defeated the Midianites using torches and trumpets. If God can do that, He can surely take care of you!
