Ezra 6:5
When the Jewish people were allowed to return home from Babylon, it was a big celebration because God kept His promise, just like He always does. King Cyrus of Persia helped them go back and even gave them treasures to rebuild God’s temple. The people were so happy they shouted and sang with joy. But not everyone liked this, and they tried to stop the building. Even though it looked like everything was going wrong, God was still working behind the scenes. He made sure the temple was built because He always takes care of His promises. This story teaches us that even when things look bad, we can trust God to take care of us and fulfill His promises. He's always doing amazing things for us, even when we don't see them right away.
