The Word Will be Fulfilled

The Word Will be Fulfilled

In our last story we learned about the Last Supper where Jesus identifies his betrayer as Judas, and at the Pasover meal, He washed His disciples’ feet and gave them a new command to remember Him when they take communion until He returns. In this story we will learn how Jesus will ask his disciples to keep watch as he is in prayer and agony in Gethsemane over what is to come, and Judas will show up with a crowd to arrest Jesus, as inspired by the Gospels.

Mark 14:36
In a garden called Gethsemane, Jesus is very sad because He knows He will soon be hurt. He prays to God, asking for strength, and chooses to follow God's plan. This story teaches us about bravery and doing the right thing, even when it's very hard. Jesus' love for us is so strong that He wants us to obey God to help us all.
